Wednesday's Workout Highlights 5/3/2023


It's been a while since I posted here on IG, but still going strong!


Crushed three workouts this week, but only recorded today's workout since it was at home.


Monday's Workout Details:


Monday, I worked out at Lifetime Fitness since you get a free workout when you get a haircut at the LifeSpa. My tripod selfie stick broke last month, but I wouldn't record at Lifetime anyway. The members at this location are super fit and intense, so it would be disruptive to set up my tripod.


-Leg Press

-Machine Chest Press

-Leg Extension

-Leg Curl

-Triceps Press Machine

-Machine Chest Fly

-Standing Calf Raise

-Tricep Cable Pressdown


Tuesday's Workout Details:



Tuesday, I went downtown to check out my company's brand-new office tower and enjoyed the free gym, which was fairly well-equipped with multiple squat racks, bench press setups, isolation machines, functional trainers, cable stacks, cardio equipment, and even dumbbells up to 100lbs. Impressed.

Wednesday's Workout Details:


Today, I worked out in my home gym and crushed through my workout. It was tough since I was very sore from the last two days, but I worked through it knowing I have a rest day on Thursday. I did light reverse hypers to warmup my lower back, glutes, and hamstrings.


I recorded multiple angles of my squat and deadlift for those that have been graciously giving me tips on my form.

-Squat

-Overhead Press

-Deadlift

-Chinups/Pullups

-Arnold Press
