First Post! Welcome to Phil's Garage Gym!

First post! Hi, I’m Phil, 40 year old dad of two kids.


I have always worked out (mainly lifting, walking, biking) and have tried to clean up my diet over the years, but have never been able to stay consistent enough to get into excellent shape.


I created this website and account to use as motivation and for accountability as I drive towards my goal of getting down to 15% body fat from my current 30% body fat while also building lean muscle mass.
